Our Work

• Civil: roads, bridges, grading, sitework, wind, solar, and substation projects, right-of-way, remediation, and underground utilities
• Gas: high-pressure gas lines, IHP distribution, regulator stations, anomaly digs, and DOT-regulated pipeline work

Who We Are Looking For

• Hardworking, reliable team members who take ownership of their work and their results
• Candidates from entry level to senior leadership, in the field or in the office
• Relevant credentials where they apply, such as OSHA 10 or 30, a CDL, OQ certifications, or welding certifications. These help, but they are not required to submit a general application.

What You'll Do

What to Expect

• Field roles: Physical work outdoors in all seasons, around heavy equipment, with PPE required. Civil field roles may involve extended travel and temporary relocation outside Utah, with assignments lasting several months or longer. Gas field roles involve frequent travel within Utah and occasional overnight stays.
• Office roles: Based in Coalville, UT with minimal travel. Work-from-home arrangements are not available unless approved by executive leadership.
• Growth: Career progression is supported through Flare’s professional development programs, Quanta training resources, and performance-based advancement.
