Guidehouse is a leading management consulting firm serving the public and commercial markets. 

Our dedicated team delivers an exceptional customer experience through prompt interaction with customers interested in loan products. Our work may include detailed reviews of applications, loan operations support, customer care (inbound/outbound calling) and prospecting.

This position will be based Monday through Friday in our San Antonio, TX office. Individuals must be able to work an eight-hour shift between the hours of 7:00 AM CT - 6 PM CT.

What You Will Do:

Team members will work with customers to understand interest in loan products and provide guidance related to the completion of necessary loan application paperwork. To achieve this, team members will need:

• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Bilingual spanish
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Dedication to participant satisfaction
• Ability to manage assigned workload with the provided tools and resources

What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of experience or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience in lieu of diploma/GED.
• 0-2+ years working within the following sectors: business, finance, application review or customer service.
• Bilingual- spanish
• PC skills in a Windows environment are required. Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel is essential.
• Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently with minimal supervision required.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• 1+ year experience working with financial products or customer service setting.
• CRM experience
