Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Painters for projects located in the Morris, MN area. This is a first & second shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30/hour based on experience plus $100/day worked per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
- Spray industrial tanks inside a paint booth, ensuring a smooth, even, high-quality finish
- Apply poly coatings using proper application techniques
- Operate a Graco electrostatic spray gun confidently and effectively
- Inspect finished surfaces and identify imperfections, inconsistencies, or coating defects
- Maintain consistent coating thickness and quality throughout the painting process
- Follow proper painting procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Requirements
- Previous industrial painting or spray painting experience
- Hands-on experience with poly applications
- Ability to operate a Graco electrostatic spray gun
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to identify and correct imperfections in painted surfaces
