We鈥檙e looking for a Credit & Accounts Receivable Officer to take ownership of rebate recovery, turn complex data into clear insights and help strengthen the processes supporting our home electrification business.

The Opportunity 馃殌
Reporting to the Collections Manager, you鈥檒l play a key role in recovering outstanding rebate balances and keeping claims moving.
You鈥檒l investigate stalled claims, work with installers and external partners to resolve issues, and bring together data from multiple systems to give the business a clear picture of rebate performance.
You鈥檒l also help shape how we work - identifying bottlenecks, strengthening controls and introducing practical improvements that make rebate recovery faster, more accurate and easier to manage.
