We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our team in the vibrant Scottsdale/PV area. As an integral part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge IV therapies that empower our clients to achieve their health goals.
What you'll do:
- Assist with consultations with clients to understand their individual needs and recommend personalized IV therapy plans.
- Prepare and administer a variety of IV infusions safely and efficiently, following strict protocols.
- Monitor patients during IV infusion and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to strict safety standards.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service.
- Continue to improve clinic performance, including client retention, membership growth, and revenue goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in IV therapy and participate in ongoing training.
- Paramedic (NRP) with a valid Arizona license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with IV therapy administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a commitment to accuracy and safety.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
- Competitive pay packages for part-time & full-time team members, including tips, bonuses, monthly service credits, and continuing education opportunities. Base pay $27-32/hr.
