Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Pharmaceutical Facility Site Checks in Horsham, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Age Requirement:

Valid Driver's License:

• Candidates must possess a valid Australian driver’s license. This is in compliance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). Applicants are required to provide a copy of their driver’s license during the application process.
• The driver’s license must be valid and not expired. Any restrictions or conditions on the license must be disclosed at the time of application.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned healthcare facility areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific requirements, helping to maintain an orderly environment.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
