Key Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing quality, compassionate care to our residents. Your daily tasks will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, hygiene, and dining.
• Observing and promptly reporting changes in resident status and needs to the licensed nursing staff.
• Answering call lights promptly and addressing resident requests.
• Assisting with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Serving meals, distributing snacks, and helping clean up meal trays.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized care environment in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience: New graduates are welcome and highly encouraged to apply!
• Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative team spirit.
