Maitz Home Services, one of the region's leading residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service providers, is growing and looking for a dependable Delivery Driver to join our team in Allentown, PA.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Occasional overtime, late days, and Saturday work may be required based on business needs.

Position Overview

As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a critical role in supporting our service and installation teams by ensuring equipment and materials are delivered safely and efficiently. You'll also help maintain warehouse organization and inventory while contributing to a clean and productive work environment.

This position is ideal for someone with box truck or delivery experience who is interested in learning more about the HVAC industry and growing their career within a successful home services company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC, plumbing, and electrical materials to local job sites
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Support warehouse operations and inventory management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse and yard
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Provide professional and courteous interactions with employees and customers

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CDL not required
• Minimum of 1 year of delivery driving or truck driving experience
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism
