We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Associate (After Hours) to support recruitment operations, manage client staffing requirements, coordinate rosters, and ensure timely service delivery. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new client orders and confirm daily staffing requirements.
• Coordinate casual staff replacements for absences and ensure outstanding rosters are completed.
• Action branch handovers, client instructions, and staffing requests promptly.
• Confirm fitness assessment appointments and communicate schedule changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, branches, and internal teams.
• Deliver timely recruitment support while meeting service standards and time-to-fill targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with SOPs and recruitment procedures.
• Identify, report, and escalate candidate or safety issues to the relevant management team.
• Comply with Toll policies, the Quality System, Code of Practice, and OHS requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and other duties assigned by the After Hours Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, rostering, staffing coordination, or customer service is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of FastTrack is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple stakeholders, and respond quickly to changing requirements.
• Customer-focused, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, accountability, and safety awareness.
• Willingness to work after-hours shifts.
