About the Role

As the Engineering Manager for the AI Delivery Hub, you will lead an agile engineering team developing AI-powered travel solutions that integrate seamlessly with global AI Assistant platforms.

You will be responsible for guiding the team’s performance, growth, and resource planning, helping bring Amadeus’s travel technology vision to life through innovation and collaboration.

This role focuses on people leadership and technical enablement—you’ll coach team members, foster career growth, and use your technical background for strategic decisions and practical support when needed. Operating with autonomy, you will shape the team’s roadmap to deliver reliable, scalable, and impactful products.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead and develop a diverse team of engineers, setting clear goals and growth plans within an inclusive and supportive environment.
• Define and communicate the technical roadmap aligned with the AI Delivery Hub and company objectives, tracking progress and promoting continuous improvement.
• Provide technical oversight, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable travel solutions integrated with AI Assistants.
• Collaborate across functions, working with Product Management, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Strategy teams to align engineering outcomes with business needs.
• Foster open communication, ensuring clarity of purpose and supporting adaptability in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
• Engage with technical and business stakeholders, bridging priorities to ensure seamless delivery and shared understanding.

Your Profile

• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams with a collaborative, learning-oriented leadership style.
• Experience managing or supporting software delivery projects with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Solid foundation in software engineering (e.g., system design, cloud platforms, or continuous integration). Experience with AI or machine learning products is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, connecting technical decisions to business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions within established policy frameworks and adapt plans to evolving business needs.
