Laundry Attendant
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper handling of linens, towels, and other laundry items to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, sort, and process laundry items according to established procedures
- Operate laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect laundry for stains, damages, or irregularities and report issues promptly
- Fold, organize, and store clean linens and towels in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of laundry facilities and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in laundry or hospitality services preferred
- Ability to operate laundry machinery and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
