1ST SHIFT (United States of America)Enterprise Analytics & Business Intelligence at Tyson Foods is a discipline closely linked to marketing and consumer-driven business decisions, grounded in deeply understanding business drivers, competitive intelligence, foresight, innovation sizing, category and business forecasting, investment ROIs, and pricing dynamics.
As Senior Manager, Innovation Analytics, you will lead the analytics agenda across the full innovation lifecycle, serving as the strategic bridge between data and decision-making. This role owns four interconnected pillars of the Innovation Analytics structure — Strategy, Forecasting, Story Telling, and In-Market Tracking — transforming complex internal and syndicated data into compelling narratives and forward-looking forecasts that enable successful product launches at Tyson Foods.
You will synthesize multiple data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana/IRI, Luminate, 84.51°, Mintel, Datassential, and others) to analyze and interpret the business, reporting into the Director of Innovation Analytics. This individual will maintain a critical consulting and advisory role with senior management across the organization, driving best practices in analytics while building capabilities and influence major product decisions. A proven record of leadership, strategic thinking, and persuasive communication is essential.

- Be a leader in driving business decisions based on market data, establishing key drivers and providing actionable “call to action” recommendations for growth.

- Frame data to highlight opportunity, risk, and recommended action with clarity and confidence, maintaining a strong narrative flow from insight to action.
- Develop future outlooks, supporting brand strategy development that leads to cohesive stories.
In-Market Tracking & Performance

- Provide clear communication to Business Units and Sales on drivers of success or gaps in performance.
