Brand Ambassador – In-Store Demos & Sampling

Job Overview
We're looking for an energetic, personable Brand Ambassador to represent our brand, Supergut through in-store product demonstrations and sampling events at retail partner locations. You'll be the face of our brand to shoppers — introducing them to our products, answering questions, and driving trial and purchase through engaging, authentic conversations. This is a great fit for someone who loves people, has retail or event experience, and is passionate about health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, staff, and break down in-store demo tables/carts for scheduled sampling events
• Actively engage shoppers with product samples, brand education, and a compelling, authentic pitch
• Represent the brand's values and story accurately and enthusiastically
• Track and report basic event metrics (samples distributed, units sold, shopper feedback)
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout each event
• Arrive on time, professionally presented, and fully prepared with all demo materials
• Build positive rapport with in-store staff and management
• Follow all retailer-specific policies and procedures for guest demos

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of experience in event marketing, demos, sales, brand promotion, or retail/grocery preferred
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable approaching strangers
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned store locations
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends (peak demo days)
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Daily access to a smartphone or computer for scheduling and reporting
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry demo equipment (up to 25 lbs)

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18 / hour 
• Schedule: Part-time, event-based (typically 3-4 hour shifts)
• Location: Miami, Florida — travel to assigned retail locations required
