Production Worker, Senior

As a Production Worker Senior, you will perform daily production activities to ensure product quality and safety targets are achieved. You will operate production equipment, support continuous improvement plans, and assist the Production Supervisor in leading production operators to meet operational goals.

Major Responsibilities

• Work in the production line, ensuring the speed and the quantity and quality of products.
• Ensure implementation of manufacturing requirements.
• Explore and propose ideas to increase productivity and work efficiency without compromising EHS and product quality.
• Complete the products, perform the tasks such as mixing, packaging and labeling products following the work instructions
• Operate the machines correctly and safely.
• Report promptly all machinery problems to Production Supervisor
• Collaborate with other employees in production to achieve KPIs
• Maintain the working areas clean and safe in accordance with 5S and EHS policies (including before, during and after production).
• Comply with all safety instructions and report the risk of unsafety to management if detected.
• Follow up all written instructions and procedures
• Take training courses on safety and production techniques.
• Willing to work overtime, including nights and weekends.
• Manage, with the Production Supervisor's assistance, a team of 10 production operators to ensure we meet production schedules, maintain product quality standards, and achieve production efficiency targets.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum College Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• We prefer at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and rotate across 2–3 shifts by business operations.
• Develop production plans and implement them to achieve operational targets.
• Ready to work night shifts and weekends, working overtime.
• Read basic production documents and occupational safety instructions.
• Always follow all safety guidelines.
