The Opportunity
You will create a delightful and inspiring shopping experience for guests at the Garnet Hill retail store where visitors can touch, feel, and purchase our women’s apparel and products for the home made from nature’s finest fibers including cashmere, linen, and organic cotton. As the Sales Lead, you will promote the Garnet Hill brand at every guest encounter and ensure you exemplify the brand values, standards, and experiences.
The hire location is Dedham, MA

To support this exciting retail growth, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual to join our retail team and lead our entry into bricks and mortar retail. If this sounds like you, we need to meet you!
This new position will report to the Store Manager.
Your Impact
Guest Experience:
- Actively participates as floor sales leader by facilitating an energized pace, positive service environment, communication of daily sales goals and key metrics that drives store demand
- Assure all areas of the store meet company safety standards of cleanliness and provide a safe work and shopping environment.
- Support and improve retail sales and profitability by creating the most amazing place to work and shop by delivering an exceptional guest experience.
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of selling/sales lead experience in a specialty retail industry, preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
- Ability to be mobile on the salesfloor and stockroom for an extended period of time.
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
- The successful candidate must be a dynamic leader, strategic thinker, and highly motivated.
