Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO• Meet with local individuals and families to understand their insurance and retirement needs• Explain Medicare, life insurance, final expense, annuity, and long-term care options in clear language• Help clients make informed decisions that protect the people and assets important to them• Build relationships through dependable service and consistent follow-up• Learn the complete sales process with support from experienced leaders• Develop toward future mentoring and sales management responsibilities
Qualifications
YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU• Communicate comfortably with people from many different backgrounds• Have experience in customer service, outside sales, retail sales, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing leadership, automotive sales, or account management• Are dependable, coachable, and motivated by measurable goals• Want meaningful work rather than simply another job• Are interested in building a long-term career in insurance or financial servicesWhether you are searching for an entry-level insurance job, insurance sales representative position, life insurance agent career, Medicare sales opportunity, outside sales job, customer service career change, or management trainee position in Toledo, your existing skills may transfer better than you think.
