A Day in the Life

The ACEE Sales Operations function supports commercial excellence across the Central and Eastern Europe region by connecting Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. The team provides operational insights, supply visibility, reporting, and process support that enable effective decision-making and customer service across multiple markets.

As an ACEE Junior Sales Operations Specialist, you will support commercial operations activities across the region through data analysis, reporting, supply visibility support, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. The role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, support sales execution, and contribute to automation and AI-driven solutions. This position is based in Zagreb, Croatia and follows a Flex work arrangement, combining on-site and remote work in alignment with business and team needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support sales teams with order status, product availability, allocation priorities, and supply visibility inquiries.
• Analyze order, inventory, back-order, and sales data to identify trends, risks, and business improvement opportunities.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems and deliver actionable insights to commercial stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications related to supply constraints, product substitutions, and product phase-outs.
• Investigate back-order issues and collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Marketing teams on resolution activities.
• Maintain operational reports, dashboards, and trackers that support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Contribute to automation and artificial intelligence initiatives that reduce manual activities and improve process efficiency.
• Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools and self-service reporting solutions for the commercial organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• English language proficiency, written and verbal.
• Experience analysing and working with data sets using Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and business systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Snowflake, SharePoint, or comparable business systems.
• Knowledge of Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), Power Automate, or Power Apps.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or business performance metrics.
• Knowledge of process improvement, workflow optimisation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to supply chain, customer service, sales operations, or commercial support functions.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Croatia: 20,800.00 EUR - 31,200.00 EUR | 

 

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
