- Undertake safeguarding adult enquiries, develop safeguarding plans, and coordinate multi-agency care/support referrals with statutory and voluntary partners.
- Respond to short-term emergency call-outs/Careline 24 escalations and handle tenant concerns, including tackling anti-social behavior and supporting tenancy obligations.

- Proven administrative experience within a public sector or social housing environment utilizing database systems such as Mosaic, Northgate, or Oracle.
- Proficiency in IT applications (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets) alongside strong administrative skills (diary management, meeting coordination, and record-keeping).
- Experience in conducting safeguarding enquiries, risk assessments, and developing person-centred support plans.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multi-agency collaborative skills, with the ability to handle lone-working challenges and manage emotionally demanding situations professionally.
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
