Aventura Dental Excellence is hiring a PRN Dental Hygienist to support our growing practice in Aventura, Florida.

Our PRN hygienists work with the Office Manager to establish schedules one month in advance, making it easy to balance professional goals with family, education, travel, or other personal interests while continuing to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

As a Dental Hygienist with Aventura Dental Excellence, you’ll:

• • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with patients
  • Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
  • Review medical and dental histories and perform appropriate screenings
  • Capture diagnostic radiographs and clinical information
  • Educate patients about oral health, prevention, and recommended treatment
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team
  • Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their care

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Active Florida Dental Hygienist license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Commitment to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control requirements
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• A collaborative approach and interest in comprehensive patient care
