REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 16 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.
Responsibilities
Real Alloy in Goodyear is hiring an Operations Team Member Assistant to join our team!

Rotating day/night shift schedule - work half the time and relax the other half!
$24.00/hour and overtime available
paid time off available upon hire!
**Benefits effective the 1st of the month after hire; including company matched 401K**
Duties include:
- Focus on Safety
- Work in Operations/Production with various duties; including lifiting, moving, and weighing
- Active role in overall plant and facilities-related work
- Maintain quality production standards
- Operate mobile equipment
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Able to operate mobile equipment including forklifts and loaders helpful
- Ability to regularly perform different types of physical activities such as walking, lifting, shoveling, skimming, sweeping, general cleaning both of plant equipment and property
- Must be able to function with minimal supervision.
