Position Summary: Inter Miami CF is looking for an Intern, Business Intelligence to assist the BI team with routine and ad hoc customer insights research and reporting. This position is designed to develop foundational skills in business intelligence and customer behavior analytics.

This is a paid, part-time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to help ideate and develop innovative activation concepts and marketing campaigns for prospective and existing partners.
• Generate targeted lead lists to support sales efforts for both ticketing campaigns and corporate sponsorship procurement.
• Update and maintain accurate tracking of sponsorship asset inventory.
• Compile weekly newsletters summarizing trends, financial news, and significant developments within the sports industry.
• Monitor and track the performance of the team’s social media channels, creating reports to summarize engagement and ways to improve performance.
• Execute industry research to inform team of trends emerging across brands, teams, and leagues to assist in the development of new business for the club.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program
• Working knowledge of algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection 
• Excellent communication and organization skills, capable of conveying complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus 
• Passion for fútbol is a plus
