Financial Analyst

Financial Reporting, Analysis, and Planning Prepare recurring financial reports and performance metrics, identifying key drivers, trends, and variances versus plan and prior year Support the preparation of financial presentations and supporting analyses for quarterly earnings, Board of Directors meetings, and other executive reviews Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and consistency Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, coordinating inputs across finance teams Support cash flow and working capital analysis Build and maintain financial models and perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other stakeholders to resolve data questions and improve reporting processes Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience 1+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis Strong Excel proficiency, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and working with large datasets Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and explain key financial drivers Clear verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Willingness to work additional hours as needed during key reporting and planning periods Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial modeling Experience with SAP, Planning Analytics, or other financial planning and reporting systems Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools Experience in a multinational organization or the consumer packaged goods industry
