Portadown is a popular hospitality venue in the heart of Toowoomba, known for its lively atmosphere, great food, entertainment, and fast-paced trade. We're looking for a hands-on Casual Duty Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day operation of the venue
• Opening and closing the venue, including late-night closes
• Supervising bar operations and leading the team from the floor
• Delivering outstanding customer service in a high-volume environment
• Maintaining compliance, safety and service standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous Duty Manager or Bar Supervisor experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
• Confidence managing busy late-night trade
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends

Essential Requirements

• Current Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
• Current RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certification
• Ability to obtain and hold a RMLV
• Proven fast-paced bar supervisory experience
• Full Australian working rights
