CDL-A Dedicated OTR Dry Van Driver – Las Vegas, NV
$1,100–$1,300 Average Weekly | 1,600–2,100 Miles/Week | 34-Hour Restarts | 20 Solo Openings
We are hiring CDL-A Company Drivers for a dedicated OTR dry van fleet based in the Las Vegas area.
This position offers consistent Western lanes, 80–90% drop-and-hook freight, dedicated planning, performance bonus opportunities, and guaranteed pay eligibility during the first three months after your first solo dispatch.
There are currently 20 solo driver openings available.
PAY & COMPENSATION
- Average $1,100–$1,300 per week
- Standard OTR mileage pay scale
- Driver performance bonus
- Approximately 1,600–2,100 miles per week
- Guaranteed pay program for the first 3 months after first solo dispatch
- $10 for the first stop
- $15 per additional stop
- Short-haul pay follows standard OTR pay
- No transition bonus
HOME TIME & SCHEDULE
- 34-hour restarts
- Both day and night shifts
- Weekend work required
- Holiday work based on customer needs
- Drivers must be flexible regarding dispatch times
THE JOB
- Dedicated OTR dry van operation
- Primary lanes include Phoenix, Las Vegas and St. George to Southern California and back
- Approximately 80–90% drop-and-hook
- Mix of:
- Drop-and-hook
- Preloaded trailers
- Live loading
- Live unloading
- Dedicated driver planning
- Consistent Western freight
- California driving required
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Approximately 6–12 months experience
- Experienced first-seat drivers considered
- Must be comfortable operating both day and night
- Must be available for weekend work
- Holiday availability required based on customer needs
- Must be comfortable driving in California
- Must meet the applicable hiring-radius requirements
- Leadership approval required
- Solo drivers only
- No team positions
- No owner-operators
HIRING AREA
Primary hiring is centered around Las Vegas, Nevada, with an approximately 70-mile hiring radius.
Drivers should confirm their home ZIP with a recruiter to ensure they fall within the approved hiring area.
FREIGHT
Most freight is designed to keep drivers moving without extensive loading or unloading.
