JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule: 8.5-hour shifts will be scheduled between 7pm-6:30am. Includes an every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.
- Prepare and serve food items for third-shift customers
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail dining environment
- Rotate between multiple workstations, including the deli and grill areas
- Prepare food according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines
- Operate and maintain food service equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and customer service areas
- Stock food, beverages, supplies, and serving areas throughout the shift
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking responsibilities as assigned
- Serve as a relief cashier and accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile transactions
- Crosstrain as a backup cashier to provide coverage during breaks and periods of operational need
- Follow all departmental food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and HACCP standards
- Support team operations by adapting to changing assignments and business needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Demonstrated back-of-house (BOH) food preparation and cooking skills
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
