Description
We are now hiring a Faculty Officer to join our team as soon as possible.
As Faculty Officer, you will play a critical role as a member of the Faculty Team in ensuring that Deloitte professionals across EMEA learn from best-in-class facilitators. You will support the attraction, interviewing and planning of internal and external facilitators for DU EMEA programmes and contribute to the continuous evaluation and development of our facilitator pool to ensure and maintain high-quality facilitation.
Role description
Faculty recruitment
- Serves as the first point of contact for facilitator candidates across designated learning programmes, creating professional and engaging candidate experience.
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment process for facilitators, including screening and assessing applications against established criteria, scheduling and leading interviews with structured recommendations, communicating interview outcomes and next steps to candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintains and updates databases/tools to ensure accurate facilitator data.
- Proactively recommends improvements to attraction and interviewing strategies for a sustained robust facilitator pipeline.
Faculty planning
- Manages the facilitator planning process following the annual programme calendar release, validating facilitator roles and criteria, preparing allocations aligning facilitators’ availability and skills, securing approval, coordinating invitations, allocations, confirmations, cancellations and releases with the off-site support team.
- Partners closely with Curriculum Managers and Learning Delivery Managers to ensure all programme deliveries have all facilitators planned within the set deadlines, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or coverage gaps and updating planning on an ongoing basis to reflect schedule changes, cancellations and adjustments.
- Supports the annual evaluation of facilitators’ by conducting review calls with Curriculum and Learning Delivery Managers providing development feedback, updating the active facilitator pool, including re‑invitations for the upcoming fiscal year.
Faculty projects
- Supports the Faculty Team in designing, developing and implementing effective processes for attraction, interviewing, scheduling, planning and evaluating.
- Prepares reports and analyses that enable data‑driven decision‑making for the recruitment and planning of facilitators.
- Supports the implementation of technology (enhancements and new functionalities) by gathering business requirements, validating new tool features and testing.
- Initiates, participates in and/or lead specific Faculty projects, for example around recognition or facilitator development.
Skills
- Relevant experience in Business, Talent Acquisition, Programme Coordination, or related field.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environment.
- Strong technology aptitude with comfort using digital tools and platforms to support recruitment, planning and reporting processes.
- Proficiency with Excel for data management, analysis and reporting.
- Effective planning and organising skills in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong task-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Education & Languages
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Office Management or a related discipline.
- Languages: English – Fluent, other languages as an advantage.

Additional Information
- Location: Flexible, remote, currently working in one of the following Deloitte Firms: France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Czech Republic, Austria, with required travel to Deloitte University EMEA Paris facility in Bailly‑Romainvilliers once every month / 6 weeks.
