Job Description:

Resumen del puesto: This position processes charge adjustments and creates and distributes various reports. He/She audits and prepares adjustments and performs research as needed. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and ensures that all steps under the billing Matrix process are followed in the proper order.

Responsabilidades:

 

• Review and prepare internal paperwork for sending charges to other countries
• Communicate with internal stakeholders for WWF clarifications
• Analize billing-related information and ensures proper support documentation is included.
• Creates and processes international manual billing entries.
• Adds and maintains customer account information and requirements within various billing systems.

Cualificaciones:

• Prior billing experience (Prefer)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative careers or related
• English knowledge (Prefer)

Técnicos, tecnólogos o profesionales de carreras contables, financieras o afines. (Preferido)

Experiencia se requiere o no se require; WWF, Billing, Accounting

Conocimiento práctico de Microsoft Word, Excel, Access y Outlook

Horario: Lunes a Jueves 6:30am-3:30pm

               Viernes 6:30am-3:00pm

Porcentaje de inglés 60%

Modalidad: Hibrida (El candidato debe vivir en Medellin o area Metropolitana del Valle de Aburra)
