👥About This Opportunity – International Product Manager Peripheral

 

Missions (detailed but not exhaustive):

Reporting to the International Marketing Director, the International Product Manager - Peripheral will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the deployment of the global Marketing strategy by supporting the International Marketing VP & the International Marketing Director on a daily basis, while collaborating closely with other Product Managers, the MarCom, Education & Product Specialist teams.
• Supporting the development of Peripheral portfolio by:
  • Monitoring & analyzing product life cycle (from launch to discontinuation).
  • Building yearly the PV Marketing plans (incl. budget)
  • Supporting company projects by serving as a technical reference for Balt products (MDR, customer feedback, market intelligence, etc.)
  • Communication:
    • Developing marketing materials, including (but not limited to), brochures, catalogs, in-service materials, case reports, 3D videos, product testing, and others.
    • Ensuring the maintenance & regular updating of these tools.
    • Communicating product updates, enhancements & modifications.
  • Promotion:
    • Participating in events related to Balt's promotional activities (regional meetings, kick-off meetings, user meetings, etc.).
    • Acting as a Balt product representative at key local & international congresses.
    • Developing & feeding promotional projects (iBalt, Article Galaxy, ToM, literature reviews, IReporting, etc.). 
• Provide day-to-day support to direct sales teams & the international distribution network by:
  • Serving as a technical reference for Balt products & supporting colleagues in the field during specific initiatives & activities.
  • Delivering basic & advanced training.

 

Qualification Requirements / Skills:

• Master's degree in Engineering or Science.
• 5 years of professional experience in Medical Devices.

Technical Skills:

• Engineering or scientific background.
• Initial marketing experience or formal training in marketing.
• Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
