We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Armenia and help us deliver a seamless, personal, and reliable customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers across different channels, resolving queries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, refunds, vouchers, and other service-related issues. You will also monitor live orders when required, investigate problems, and work closely with our Operations, Live Ops, Shopper Support, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, calm under pressure, organised, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations in a fast-paced technology and delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer conversations across support channels, providing timely, accurate, and helpful support. 

• Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, refunds, vouchers, gift cards, and other service-related issues.

• Monitor live orders when needed and proactively support customers when problems arise.

• Investigate customer concerns and escalate technical, operational, or complex issues to the relevant teams.

• Keep tickets and customer records accurately updated and ensure clear handovers where required.

• Follow company procedures, privacy requirements, and customer support quality standards.

• Work closely with Live Ops, Shopper Support, Product, Engineering, and other teams to resolve issues efficiently.

• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback that can help improve processes, tools, and the overall customer experience.

• Support additional CX and operational tasks when required.

Your profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in customer support, operations, e-commerce, logistics, or a similar role.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to remain professional and calm when handling complaints or challenging situations.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

• Availability to work evening shifts and weekends.

• Experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace, or similar tools is an advantage. 

• Experience working in a technology, e-commerce, or delivery business is also an advantage.
