Description
Overview
Food Service Representative will be responsible for managing restaurants in assigned geographic area. Working with a base of accounts to help increase volume and revenue as well as searching for new accounts to sell PepsiCo products
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customers satisfaction through superior service and execution.
- Acquire new Away From Home Restaurant accounts via leads, cold calling and other strategic selling solutions.
- Negotiate contracts for new business, renew current customer contracts.
- Analyze customer information by using industry data and insights to identify and expand business opportunities
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree and or equivalent work experience
- Away From Home or consumer package goods experience
