Project Engineer

## What you’ll do:

A. Manage and control projects to achieve on-time delivery and invoicing, billing plan, and contract requirements.

B. Manage and control project costs to meet or improve project baselines and ensure project budgets are achieved.

C. Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries according to contract requirements.

D. Schedule and attend project discussions and meetings as required by each project.

E. Plan, organize, and oversee Service Engineers, Sub-Contractors, and Service Partners for site implementation according to contract scope requirements.

F. Manage sub-contractor and service partner work schedules and quality of work.

G. Manage FAT and SAT test scripts within product line capabilities and customer expectations.

H. Support and coordinate with Eaton service teams, sub-contractors, and service partners for site activities and SAT.

I. Attend project issues and work closely with factories and FAEs to develop effective resolutions and mitigation strategies.

J. Support contract administration activities, including raising purchase requests, providing sales forecasts, tracking billing milestones, and O&M submissions.

K. Work with the Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead-time management.

L. Promote and conduct ethical behavior with customers, sub-contractors, and service partners.

M. Be committed and responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS) by:

• Implementing the process approach and risk-based thinking.
• Providing the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS.
• Communicating the importance of conforming to QMS requirements throughout the organization.
• Ensuring the QMS meets its objectives.
• Engaging, directing, and supporting individuals contributing to the QMS.
• Creating a culture of continuous improvement.

## Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline

At least 2 years of project management experience and be able to hands on in some urgent requirement ( CAD , Trouble Shooting )

Good technical knowleddge in Data Center Solution, PTU is preferable

Good communication skill
