Job Description Summary

Supports accounts payable activities in line with defined policies, procedures, and strategies. Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions while preparing comprehensive reports and analysis to support effective decision-making.

Your role and responsibilities

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to support accounts payable activities in line with defined policies, procedures, and strategies. Each day, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing comprehensive reports and analysis to support effective decision-making.
• Participates in internal initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes within the Accounts Payable team.
• Performs quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring.
• Complies with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance.
• Participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.
• Assists in the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, ensuring documentation and approvals are in place.
• Inputs invoice and payment information into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy.
• Assists in reconciling vendor statements and resolving outstanding payments promptly.
• Performs accounting analyses and maintains accounts payable records and transaction documentation.
• Provides support during internal and external audits.
• Ensures effective communication with stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.
