Dutch & English-speaking Technical Customer Service

WORK MODEL: On-site
LANGUAGE: Dutch, English
SALARY: €1,100 gross/month, paid 14 times a year + bonuses
KEY INFORMATION
- Work model: On-site in Lisbon
- Schedule: Rotating. Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00, weekends between 08:00 and 17:00, with 2 rotating days off – no night shifts
- Gross salary: €1,100 per month, 14 salaries per year
- Accommodation: Shared company apartment available for up to 12 months

ABOUT THE POSITION
Join a global customer experience company in Lisbon as a Technical Customer Service Specialist. You'll support customers in Dutch and English with technical questions, helping them solve issues quickly and clearly. - Fluent Dutch (native or C1)
