Strategy Special Projects Intern

Job Summary

A Special Projects Intern supports high-priority, cross-functional initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and coordinating workflows for leadership teams. 

Essential Duties

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical intern to join our data team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting various projects in the team at functional or enterprise level.

Reporting and Strategic Analysis

• Project Support: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking cross-functional special projects from conception to completion.
• Research & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and synthesize data or market research to support strategic decision-making.
• Reporting & Presentations: Design clean slide decks, executive summaries, and progress reports for leadership review.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate with internal teams to collect status updates, resolve bottlenecks, and track deliverables.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and help build streamlined workflows or templates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (Business, Communications, Management, or related fields).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization: Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Tech Literacy: Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Mindset: Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with limited supervision.

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Hourly Rate: $20.00
