- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, solution development, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop and execute sales and business development plans aligned with commercial priorities and revenue targets.
- Identify and evaluate new market segments, customer opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts and progress updates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customer-focused and commercially viable solutions.
- Apply established sales processes, tools, and best practices while adapting the approach to meet customer and market needs.
- Contribute market intelligence and customer insights to support broader business planning and growth initiatives.
- Take ownership of individual sales targets and deliver agreed business outcomes.
Who We Are Looking For
You are a proactive and commercially focused sales professional who is comfortable working independently within defined business guidelines. You can build relationships, understand customer challenges, and translate opportunities into practical solutions.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
- A demonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and working toward revenue targets.
- Good commercial judgment and the ability to select appropriate solutions from established alternatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.
- The ability to work independently while seeking guidance on more complex commercial matters.
- Knowledge of the Brisbane or Queensland market would be advantageous.
What Success Looks Like
- Sustainable growth across the Brisbane and Queensland market.
- A strong and well-managed pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Achievement of individual sales and revenue targets.
- Trusted and long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.
