Senior Business Analyst - Planning & Manufacturing

A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business process improvements, automation and the implementation of Oracle EBS solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge business and technology, delivering innovative, compliant and sustainable solutions across supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and develop functional specifications to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
• Design, implement and support Oracle EBS solutions, integrations and business process automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain planning, inventory management and manufacturing processes.
• Manage system enhancement projects, ensuring successful delivery, documentation and user adoption.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory, audit and GxP requirements.
• Provide system training, technical support and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in business or systems analysis.
• BSc in Computer Science, BEng in Industrial Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience in Oracle EBS R12 functional implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Experience across ERP modules such as Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Product Costing and Supply Chain Planning.
• Proficiency in SQL, ERP integrations, APIs and Microsoft tools, including Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities, with an interest in emerging technologies and AI-driven process improvements.
