SUMMARY
GL accountant is responsible for the payables, receivables, tax, fixed asset, expenses, document filing and other external statutory requirements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Review payable documents, book entry and monthly reconciliation with vendors.
- Review receivable documents, book entry and monthly reconciliation with customers.
- Review fixed asset documents, book entry and yearly physical check.
- Review expense documents, book entry and alert the budget if any.
- Handle all taxes filing and make sure all related compliance.
- Document filing timely and coordinate the external audit.
- Meet the external statutory requirements if any.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years of GL experience.
- Experience in e-commerce or distribution area is preferred.
- CPA or ACCA are preferred.

EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree. Accounting and related majors.
- Skilled at communication of cross-department.
- Reading & writing English, speaking English is preferred.
COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Familiar with U9 or other ERP system.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- More time with sales team for better understanding of business and irregular travel.
