Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing a corporate security function and providing guidance to the team of corporate security employees supporting that function. Key responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex problems. Job expectations include ensuring compliance with policies, and identifying and implementing opportunities to improve performance and operating efficiency.
Leads the enterprise Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) program, providing strategic direction, governance, and oversight of physical identity lifecycle management, credentialing, and access control operations. Ensures secure, compliant, and efficient access management practices while driving modernization, operational excellence, and risk reduction across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise PIAM services, aligning program objectives with corporate security and business priorities.
- Oversee the physical identity lifecycle, including credential issuance, access provisioning, visitor management, role changes, and deprovisioning.
- Establish and maintain access governance, standards, and controls to ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and technology modernization initiatives to enhance security, operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Partner with Corporate Security, Technology, HR, Real Estate, and business stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable access management solutions.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor emerging risks and industry trends, implementing strategies to strengthen physical security and organizational resilience.
- Leverage metrics and data-driven insights to measure program performance, inform decision-making, and support strategic objectives.
- Drives process enhancement initiatives to improve organizational performance and ensure the team is positioned against an ever-changing security environment

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in identity, access management, physical security, cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
- Significant leadership experience managing enterprise-scale identity or physical security programs.
- Experience with physical access control systems and credential/badge management.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional programs in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience with identity governance, access certification, and audit controls.'
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Physical Security, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with PACS platforms, access middleware, mobile credentials, biometrics, or digital identity technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as CPP, PSP, CISSP, CISM or comparable credentials.
