Location: On-Site Crestview, FL
Compensation: $65,000 Annual Salary + bonus

About the Opportunity

Cruitin Inc. is partnering with one of our valued clients to hire an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential community. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and resident relations
• Manage rent collections and follow up on delinquencies
• Maintain high occupancy levels and support leasing efforts
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Monitor expenses and assist with budget management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
• Supervise, train, and support on-site staff
• Respond to resident concerns and property emergencies as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-operated community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• 3+ years of property management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance activities
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and property management best practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
