Our team of Materials Handlers  is a critical role on the Inventory team that supports team success through accurate and efficient handling of inventory, primarily through forklift operations.  

The position for Materials Handler II is expected to be open until November 13, 2026.

Key Responsibilities for Materials Handler II:

• Responsible for loading and unloading of materials within warehouse.
• Ensures proper pallet stacking formations are being followed.
• Utilizes pallet jacks, forklifts, and other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks and within the storage facility.
• Demonstrates ability to perform stocking, pick-by-item, reserve picks, raw goods, and put-away procedures. 
• Records flow information of materials and products and ensures accuracy. 
• Ensures proper labeling of pallets and accurate backstock recording.
• Verify counts and match against IBPLN’s and/or packing slips.
• Maintains the organization of supplies such as pallets and shrink-wrap.
• Ensures proper paperwork and items get transferred daily and in promised time.
• Support the team lead’s requests for high priority or last-minute tasks. 
• Ensure older REVs are used first (maintain FIFO).
• Supports the receiving, fulfillment, quality control, and auditing teams as needed. 
• Provides feedback on replenishment and slotting strategy.
• Maintain forklift and warehouse cleanliness.

Requirements

1-3 years of related experience.

0-2 years’ experience operating forklift 

High School diploma or GED.

Must be able to work independently, stay on task, and follow established procedures.

Attention to detail, mechanically inclined.

Possess full proficiency in the multiple aspects of the job.

Previous experience using RF/handheld scanning device required. 

Ability to think creatively, be positive and be innovative.

Ability to adapt quickly as business needs change throughout the shift.

Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for the 8-hour shift

Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Must be 18 or older to apply.

Work Hours: This is a regular, benefits-eligible position with normal hours M-F: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Overtime and/or weekend hours may be required.

Hiring Compensation for Materials Handler II : Hiring pay: Starts at $18.00 - $20.00/hour DOQ.
