Role Overview
Are you a data-driven Reward Analyst looking to make a real impact? Over the next six months, this role will play a critical part in delivering key reward activities that support the annual pay and bonus review cycle, culminating in successful implementation during March and April 2027.

Working closely with Reward, Finance, HR and business stakeholders, you'll provide insightful analysis, modelling and reporting that helps shape reward decisions across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to influence high-profile reward programmes while developing your expertise in compensation, pay governance and reward strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and supporting key reward activities, with a particular focus on annual pay review and bonus processes.
  • Producing detailed reward analysis, modelling and reporting to support reward decision-making.
  • Managing bonus calculations, accruals and submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of pay ranges using market benchmarking data.
  • Contributing to salary survey submissions, job matching and market analysis activities.
  • Assisting with gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting and other reward governance requirements.
  • Providing reward insights to HR, Finance and business leaders.
  • Helping to continuously improve reward processes, reporting capabilities and data quality.
  • Supporting job evaluation and grading activities through established reward frameworks.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an Analyst role with strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including building complex models, analysing large datasets and interpreting trends.
  • Experience supporting reward, compensation, pay review or bonus-related activities.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, meaningful insights for a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy when working with sensitive data.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across HR, Finance and the wider business.
  • Experience with salary benchmarking, pay ranges, salary surveys or pay gap reporting would be highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and presenting data in a clear and engaging way.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Workday, Willis Towers Watson or Korn Ferry methodologies would be beneficial.

Ideal Background
We're particularly interested in candidates from Reward Analyst, Compensation Analyst, Remuneration Analyst, HR Analytics, People Analytics or Finance Analyst backgrounds who are looking to specialise further in reward. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, thrives on solving complex problems and wants to see their analysis directly influence business decisions.
