At The Estate Plan, we’re hiring a hands-on Probate & Estate Litigation Attorney to take ownership of cases from intake through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in both litigation and estate planning and wants to work in a modern, fully remote law firm with strong operational support.

You’ll handle complex matters, guide clients through high-stakes situations, and play a key role in delivering exceptional legal outcomes.
