In this role, you will design and execute engaging product displays both in-store and online, ensuring that our merchandise captures attention, tells a story, and enhances the shopping experience.This position offers flexibility you can work hybrid (a mix of in-store and remote) or fully remote depending on your location and availability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement visual display concepts for in-store and digital retail spaces.Collaborate with marketing and store teams to align displays with promotional campaigns and seasonal themes.Create visually appealing layouts that reflect brand identity and maximize product visibility.Design digital mock-ups and visual guidelines for store teams to follow.Monitor and analyze visual presentation performance and recommend improvements.Stay updated on current design and retail trends to keep displays fresh and innovative.QualificationsPrevious experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related creative field preferred.Strong understanding of color theory, layout, and branding.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency with design or visual planning tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.Creative mindset and passion for seasonal and event-driven retail environments.What We OfferFlexible work options (Hybrid or Remote).Competitive pay based on experience.Opportunities for creative input and professional growth.Supportive, team-oriented culture.Employee discounts on costumes and decorations.
