Our coaching combines executive functioning training, social-emotional support, and habit-building—backed by research and proven results. Our instructors, teachers, private coaches, and EF learning specialists have graduated from the nation’s top Universities, but what truly sets them apart is their warm professionalism, their passion for education, and their enthusiasm for working with people on creating great habits and study skills. Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate, structured, and skilled EF Learning Specialists to support our young adult and university clients—ranging from young adults just entering college to those entering their first years in the workforce—in developing systems for time management, organization, productivity, and goal setting. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others grow, a deep understanding of executive functioning challenges (such as procrastination, overwhelm, ADHD, and work-life balance), and a talent for turning chaos into clarity.We are looking for coaches who have a background in psychology or educational therapy and have very firm boundaries with teenagers/young adults. We are looking for LMFT counselors and coaches with a background in Clinical or Educational Psychology.Responsibilities:Coach adult clients 1-on-1 (virtually and/or in-person) using The Ladder Method’s curriculum and methodologyGuide clients in improving time management, task initiation, planning, organization, and follow-throughHelp clients establish and maintain systems that support their personal and professional goalsProvide accountability, motivation, and mindset coaching tailored to individual client needsDocument progress and communicate regularly with the internal teamMaintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and discretionQualifications:Background in coaching, psychology, education, counseling, social work, or a related fieldBA or BS requiredFirm boundariesStrong understanding of executive functioning and how it impacts adult learning and productivityExcellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skillsAbility to build rapport quickly and work with clients from diverse backgroundsSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own scheduleExperience working with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, anxiety, etc.) is a plusExperience serving high net-worth clients a plusMust be available for at least 10–15 hours/week to start, with room to growWhy Join The Ladder Method?Meaningful work with real impactFlexible, hybrid work modelOngoing training and mentorship in our proven coaching frameworkOpportunity for long-term growth within a mission-driven teamSupportive and collaborative work culture
