The Professional Office Assistant/Administrator position is a key position in our organization. This is a hub position performs a multitude of tasks and is responsible for providing ongoing support to the management team. Will perform administrative, office related tasks including some bookkeeping, time collection, human resources assistance and many other tasks and other projects as assigned. An interesting position that will be further defined by the person who holds it. QuickBooks experience a plusSome billing assistance, banking tasks, sending out payments, respond to vendor invoicesEnsure prompt payments, resolve billing or payment discrepanciesPosting payments, organizing and filing deposit receipts and invoicesAct as a point person for mail, UPS, FedExOrganize and maintain all the office and business-related documents such as vendor information, invoices, notices, letters, tenant correspondence etc.Assist Senior staff with some personal tasksPreparation of reports or presentations as scheduled or requestedWill assist with payroll and time sheet correlationArranging for business lunches or catering from time to timeSpecial projects/tasks will be assigned, this is a team roleKnowledge and SkillsA strong work ethic, displaying a sense of urgency to perform at a high levelMust have: Energy-Ambition-Ability to learn quickly-ProfessionalismAbility to understand detailed instructions, work independantlyAbility to show a positive attitude.
