Lead Personal Trainer

Greenlight Personal Training  www.greenlightpersonaltraining.com  is hiring a location Lead Trainer, to join our flagship studio location in south east Oakville, Ontario.  This position will ensure seamless and efficient operations across all processes and procedures to help Greenlight gain a foothold in the market.Initial Job duties:Perform on-site new lead consultations using the Greenlight sales processesImplement and control organic lead nurture using Greenlight backend systemPerform new client intake assessments and program designPerform client accountability callsPerform in studio client training sessionsPerform all client retention tasksOther admin duties including membership creation, and KPI reporting QualificationsQualified candidates must have proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional settings with 3-6 years of management experience in a customer service business and/or sales roleGrowth mindsetEnthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to drive revenueHire, direct and train staff as well as excellent time management and follow-up skillsFinancial management experience4-year college degree required, or equivalent experience Additional InformationAS A MEMBER OF THE GREENLIGHT TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:We offer competitive salary, and industry leading commission opportunities Paid vacationGrowth potential within the Greenlight corporation This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
