Job Description:

Purpose of the Role & Responsibilities	Perform credit underwriting and appraisal for corporate/wholesale banking clients, including detailed credit reports Prepare end-to-end credit proposals (industry & peer analysis, risk assessment, internal rating, documentation, collateral evaluation) Conduct financial analysis (cash flow, working capital, leverage, EV, ratio analysis) Evaluate loan structures, including term loans, working capital facilities, and trade finance exposures Assess financial & non-financial covenants and monitor compliance Analyze collateral/security structures (fund-based & non-fund-based limits) Build and review financial models and projections Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of mandatory experience in Corporate Banking / Wholesale Banking credit roles Strong experience in credit appraisal for large corporates / mid-market clients Solid understanding of banking products (CC/OD, term loans, BG/LC, etc.) Expertise in financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and rating frameworks Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
