Overview:We are seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Senior Cake Maker & Bakery Manager to lead our bakery team. This is a hands-on role for someone who not only has exceptional cake-making and decorating skills but also the leadership ability to manage daily operations, maintain high standards, and inspire creativity in the kitchen.DutiesCreate and design high-quality cakes and baked goods with attention to detail and artistry in our signature fancy little bakes style.Ensure every order meets our quality and presentation standards.Manage the bakery’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.Lead, train, and motivate our small team.Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.Work closely with management to develop new products, seasonal specials, and custom designs.Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation.SkillsFriendly, professional, and confident with customers.Reliable and able to work independentlyExtensive experience in food production and preparation within a professional kitchen environment.a minimum of 2 years experience in creating custom cakes.Knowledge of food safety standards and practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both food preparation and kitchen management.We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their creations and is dedicated to producing cakes and bakes of the highest quality
