Job Title

Director, Product Growth – Agentic Commerce

About your role:

As Director, Product Growth – Agentic Commerce, you will lead growth strategy, adoption, and commercialization for next-generation, AI-driven commerce solutions. You will partner closely with product, sales, marketing, and external AI platform partners to define differentiation, build partnerships, and execute go-to-market plans. Your work will help merchants unlock new revenue streams by making their goods and services discoverable and purchasable through agentic commerce experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute the multi-year growth strategy for Agentic Commerce, aligning with the broader commerce platform vision at Fiserv.

  • Influence the Agentic Commerce product roadmap using structured market insights, competitive analysis, client feedback, and performance data.

  • Establish, grow, and manage strategic alliances with AI application providers, technology enablers, and alternative payment partners.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and lead joint commercialization initiatives, including co-marketing, integration programs, and commercial constructs.

  • Drive adoption and revenue targets for Agentic Commerce solutions across enterprise merchant segments, using clear KPIs and performance dashboards.

  • Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, relationship management, product, and marketing teams.

  • Partner with technical product managers to translate business and partner requirements into prioritized, actionable development plans and release scopes.

  • Represent Fiserv as a thought leader in agentic commerce through client presentations, industry forums, conferences, and webinars.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product growth managers and subject matter experts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including legal, risk, compliance, and security) to ensure offerings and partnerships align with regulatory and security requirements.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product growth, or closely related roles within technology, commerce, or payments domains.

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership position (Director or above) driving product growth, commercialization, or platform expansion.

  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including setting objectives, coaching, and performance management.

  • Proven experience defining, launching, and scaling capabilities in new or emerging product segments, including pilot programs and phased rollouts.

  • Demonstrated experience building, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with major consumer applications, AI platforms, or commerce ecosystems.

  • Experience developing and executing pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing organizations.

  • Ability to translate API specifications, integration models, and technical concepts into clear business requirements and value propositions.

  • Experience presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders using structured storytelling, data-driven insights, and clear recommendations.

  • Strong analytical skills, including market sizing, total addressable market (TAM) analysis, and competitive benchmarking using quantitative and qualitative inputs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience with AI-driven commerce, including partnerships or integrations with artificial intelligence applications (for example, conversational agents or recommendation systems).

  • Familiarity with payment ecosystems and alternative payment methods, including relevant regulatory, compliance, and security considerations.

  • MBA or advanced business degree, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

  • Experience launching or scaling one-to-many integration models or platform-based products for merchants or commerce partners.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Sponsorship:

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Benefits at Fiserv:

  • Paid holidays and generous time away policies.

  • No-cost mental health support through Employee Assistance Programs.

  • Living Proof program to recognize your peers’ extra effort with points redeemable for rewards.

  • Eight Employee Resource Groups to foster a collaborative culture and expand your network.

  • Unparalleled professional growth with training, development, and internal mobility opportunities.
