Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting a unit that best fits their needs
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the continuous improvement of strategies and practices.
- Perform assembly, relocation, and minor repairs on trailers as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Maintain accurate and up to date reports.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information.
- Provide product knowledgeable, recommendations and support to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain an organized and inviting sales floor.
- Process transactions and manage inventory efficiently.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- At least one year related experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Tech savvy - We work with state of the art DMS, CRM, and Project Management tools.
- Ability to work on-site with a motivated team.
- Availability on weekends
